Returns
Duration: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

The item must be in its original packaging.
Exemptions: Certain goods are non-returnable:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to complete your return.
Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations:

Items showing obvious signs of use

Opened media (books, CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we require the following:
Required Proof:

Clear photos of the damaged item

A photo of the item in its original packaging (box, label, etc.)

A photo of the shipping label
-
A short video (if applicable) showing the issue
-
A brief description of the damage, including when the package was opened
Steps for Resolution:

Email the required documentation to hello@mudsterz.com within 24 hours.

Our team will inspect the materials and determine the outcome.

If approved:

A replacement will be sent at no cost.

If unavailable, a refund will be processed.

For minor damage, a partial refund (10%-20%) may be offered.

If shipping damage is suspected, retain all packaging for potential inspection. Claims made after 24 hours may be ineligible.
Return Shipping (Damaged Products):

If the damage is confirmed, return shipping costs will be split 50/50 between you and us.

If the damage is not confirmed, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method in 3-5 business days.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive a gift credit after the returned item is received. If the item was sent to the gift giver first, the refund goes to the gift giver.
Shipping Customers are responsible for their own return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Customer Responsibility Returned products are your responsibility until received at Mudsterz. Use tracking and retain proof of postage. If your return lacks an order number, it cannot be processed. Incorrectly returned items cannot be refunded and will not be returned to you.
Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. You will receive 85% of the total (including shipping) within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
